Longevity Retreat Experience "Cutting through the noise"

We offer you a unique opportunity to practice longevity techniques, eat anti-aging food and learn from experts the latest advances in medical sciences during a week-end in an exceptional venue in Chateau-d’Oex, near Gstaad. From arriving on Friday late afternoon to leaving on Sunday late afternoon, you will be immersed in an environment that focuses on reducing the pace of aging and prevention of diseases, or as the famous 'longevity athlete' Bryan Johnson would say, in a ‘Don’t die’ world.

You will meet a team who has previously done many retreats, either as a participant or an organizer. They all ‘walk the talk’, i.e. they apply to themselves what they preach!

This retreat is unique as it combines both practical activities as well as some theoretical sessions, so you can then practice yourself when back home. The goal is that after this week-end you are equipped with the right knowledge and techniques, so you can change your habits to become longevity-oriented – so in 2 days you could gain 2 years of healthy extra-living, with higher levels of energy, operating at peak performance every day!

A sneak peek at the activities proposed:

  • Learning breathing techniques from experienced cold-plunge practitioners, and going for a swim in a cold river

  • Eating nutritious & delicious food which promotes longevity and has a rejuvenation effect on your cells

  • Learning from a Medical Doctor who heads some longevity clinics what is the state-of-the-art in longevity products (medication & supplements) and interventions

  • Talking to people who ‘walk the talk’ and apply a longevity protocol and routine in their daily life

  • Practice meditation sessions throughout the weekend & learn different techniques

  • Learning about what is a ‘longevity mindset’ and practical tips to re-organize your life around a new persona

  • Enjoy the sauna and the relaxing wooden deck

  • Meet like-minded individuals and bond with them through fun social games

  • Some other surprises :)

We strongly believe this weekend might be life-changing for you and help you extend your life (lifespan) & stay healthier (healthspan) for many more years!

Blaise is the main organizer of this retreat. He holds a Master's Degree in engineering from the EPFL and an executive MBA from Hult in London. He spent his adult life learning about nutrition, physical training and performance - his last achievement was to finish in the Top 10 at the Ultraks Villars, a 50 km ultra-trail competition, while maintaining a high level of strength and lean mass.

Experience

Blaise spent the past 5 years working in digital health where he gained expertise in digital biomarkers and the applications of AI in health, and led the development of many 'smart' medical devices for his clients. He is also a longevity enthusiast with a deep knowledge of the biology of aging, and a public speaker as well as a moderator of experts panels.

Blaise will share his longevity protocol, practical tips to optimize your sleep and your epigenetic clock, talk about mental preparation and give a presentation on digital biomarkers - what to measure and why it matters to track them.
